Thistle don’t have a game on Saturday 10th December. Our September exit from the Challenge Cup at the hands of Falkirk sadly saw to that.
But have no fear, we’ve got just the thing to ensure you get your footballing fix, and only a stone’s throw from Firhill. We’ve teamed up with Munn’s Bar on Maryhill Road to host a TJF World Cup get-together that afternoon and evening.
By a quirk of the 2022-23 calendar, Saturday 10th features a quarter-finals double-header from Qatar. The first game kicks off at 3pm and the other at 7pm.
Not having Paul the Octopus to help us, we don’t know which teams will feature in the two fixtures. However, we’re sure you all have your wall-charts at the ready to explore all the permutations.
