A bonkers injury time, and a wonder-goal from Jamie Sneddon, rescued a point this afternoon up in Aberdeen. But McCall’s side don’t now have another game for a fortnight.

You’ve probably been watching the World Cup to get your football fix between Saturdays. The group stages are now over and the real competition begins.

On Saturday 10th December, there will be two quarter-final fixtures.

First up, the winners of Tuesday’s games (Morocco v Spain and Portugal v Switzerland) will fight it out for a place in the semi-finals with a kick-off time of 3pm.

Secondly, the winners of Sunday’s games (France v Poland and Senegal v England) will scrap it out in the evening fixture, kicking-off at 7pm.

The Jags Foundation has booked out the function room at Munn’s Bar, just a stone’s throw from Firhill. We’d like to get as many Thistle fans together to enjoy the games and each other’s company. Please do come along and spread the word!

If you’d like to join us, please click below to RSVP, if you haven’t already, so that we have a rough idea of expected numbers.
