Partick Thistle is a fan-owned football club, with the PTFC Trust as its majority shareholder. Under the Club-Trust Agreement directly elected fan representation is guaranteed on the Football Club Board.
This involves two nominations being made by the PTFC Trust, following a beneficiary vote. The terms of office of the existing two Fan Reps, Allan McGraw and Alistair Gray, will expire at the next Club AGM (expected in late November 2025).
An election will therefore take place to determine who will represent the fans in the boardroom until the late 2027/early 2028 Football Club AGM.
