This morning emails were sent out to the just over 2,900 beneficiaries of the PTFC Trust, providing information about how to cast their vote in the Partick Thistle Fan Rep Director Election 2026. The vote will take place on TapVoter, a secure online elections platform, by secret ballot.
Fan Rep Directors are directly elected by Partick Thistle’s fan owners to serve on the Board of Directors at the Football Club. Under the Club-Trust Agreement two posts are guaranteed, giving the fans the ability directly to influence the composition of the senior leadership team. At the moment, there is one vacancy, hence the election.
Two candidates, John Kane and Allan McGraw, put themselves forward for the position, and the winning candidate in the election will serve a two-year term until the Club’s late 2028 AGM.
