The Jags Foundation is aware of Three Black Cats’ announcement regarding the designation of the PTFC Trust as the preferred recipient of the majority shareholding of Partick Thistle. We will be looking at the publicly available information provided following this announcement, and will provide our assessment of the situation having consulted collectively as a board.
