The Club held its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 12th February 2026. Several members of TJF’s Board attended the meeting, on behalf of the majority shareholder (the PTFC Trust) as one of its two corporate trustees.
Ahead of the meeting we invited fans to submit questions, either to be asked at the meeting itself or to be put forward for written answer afterwards. The written responses from the Club Board have now been published on the Club’s website here.
The AGM is not the only opportunity to raise questions, and both TJF and the PTFC Trust are happy to raise matters on behalf of fans with the Club Board throughout the year.
We apologise for the delay in the publication of these post-AGM responses. While most of the Club Board’s responses were ready for sharing within a few days of the AGM, there were others (mainly on financial forecasts) that could not be answered properly without up-to-date reporting information. It was felt better to provide AGM answers as a package rather than communicate responses back to fans in dribs and drabs.
The Club has recently received active assistance on its management accounting and a number of other projects from the restructured Finance Working Group (and Sandy Fyfe in particular). These efforts now mean that financial reporting is back up to date and should remain so going forwards.
We acknowledge that the Club Board has faced some capacity challenges in recent weeks operating as a smaller team. Once board numbers are restored (something that is being actively worked on at the moment) the Club’s senior leadership team will be expected to deliver on promises of better and more timely fan engagement.
