TJF is delighted to be renewing its partnership with the Partick Thistle Women’s FC for season 2025-26 as the Captain’s Sponsor.
This sponsorship is part of our minimum £5kpa pledge to PTWFC, which members re-affirmed unanimously at our recent AGM in June.
This deal will see members eligible to enter a prize draw for each home game this season for tickets and a chance to take home the signed captain’s armband from the SWPL1 ties.
TJF's commitment to PTWFC
Before season 2024-25, the Foundation supported PTWFC on a more irregular basis. This included ad board and individual matchday sponsorships. We decided last season to increase and formalise this support, and our members made a pledge to raise at least £5,000 to support PTWFC over the course of the 2024-25 campaign.
In fact, thanks to additional fundraising initiatives (including auctions, raffles, the Petershill take-over day and the Goal of the Season Awards) more than £7,000 of support was delivered. We are extremely grateful for your support in making that happen.
At our AGM in June 2025, members unanimously re-affirmed the £5,000 pledge for season 2025-26. We’ve already delivered £2,000 of pledge payment this season, bringing the total TJF support of PTWFC to date beyond £12,000.

Last season also saw PTWFC make their commitment to TJF and fan ownership, with the full team joining as members of the Foundation. More recently, new manager David Elliot joined TJF. We are hugely grateful for their support.
The Women’s team are a vital part of the wider Thistle community, helping the Club to appeal to new audiences and grow the next generation of supporters. Petershill provides a welcoming and safe environment to introduce young families to football for the first time.
Enter the Captain's Sponsor Draw
If you’re a TJF member, you’re eligible to enter the Captain’s Sponsor Draw. Winners will receive a pair of tickets to the relevant home fixture and will represent TJF in the post-match presentations, receiving the signed Captain’s armband from Demi Falconer.
The draw is now open for the fixtures taking place later in August and September. Those successful in the draw will normally be notified at least 48 hours before the match.

There’s a discount for Thistle fans who already hold a men’s team season ticket. Adult season ticket holders can save £20 on the £80 season ticket, and concessions £10 on the £60 season ticket. More information is available here.
As part of the Club’s commitment to encouraging young families into football, PTWFC is renewing its Kids Go Free initiative for Under 16s. So bring your sons, daughters, nieces, nephews and grandchildren to a game at Petershill soon!
